Feeding less?
My 5 week old has been drinking 5oz bottles but today he’s not drinking as much, only having around 3oz a bottle. He is feeding a bit more often but his ounces per day are less than they were. Anyone else finding this or shall I contact someone tomorrow about it?

@Natalya yeah he does drift off during the bottle. He’s already on size 2 teats which say they’re 3 months plus, would you still try next size up?
I would all babies are different tbh, there’s also an x teat that apparently the baby controls how much and how fast they take it but I’ve never actually tried them xx

Doctors normally say if they’re having less than 50% of their normal amount to get them seen and if they aren’t having wet nappies. Is he falling asleep or fussy when he has a bottle? It could be he just needs the next size teat?
