Fussy eater

My daughter has become so so fussy with her food. Im trying to come up with ways to make it more enjoyable for her. She's just over 2 years old and she is literally refusing everything I make for her. I found some large cookie cutters and made these sandwiches and she actually ate them. Any other fun ideas to get something healthier in to her? (She eats most fruits thankfully)

Other healthy food ideas are wheat pasta, and u can blend vegetables in the sauce. Soups, beans. I’ve learned not to force them to eat and when they are hungry they will deff eat but I know every child is different

But sometimes I make things and she won’t eat it but if I don’t offer anything else then she will need to eat it if that’s the only option lol

I hope this helps a little ❤️❤️

As far as possible we try and eat the same as lo and it does intrigue her more

Great idea! We sometimes have his teddies sit at the table and "eat" with us when he's going through a fussy phase.

I let my son put the food on his plate, he controls how much he wants. I also let him put some of it on my plate. This works best for scoop-able foods. Sometimes controlling the food makes it less stressful to actually eat it.
