I’m normally a just enough because I feed on demand but I drink body armor and pump in between feedings. However you have to be consistent everyday or your supply will drop again.
I just realised this today but when I was shuts enough it was because my son was a newborn and I had to pump every 1hour and half. Sleep is important. Try and nap with the baby if you’re able too and also get pre-made bottles and occasionally give formula when your breasts need a break also drink a lot of water. I searched that breastfeeding mothers need to have 16 cups of water a day!
Are you saying your supplies only just enough or just not enough? How much is baby feeding before midnight, if you are comfortable pumping, thats the time to pump to up supply. How old is baby? And how long has ur supply been low? Are you hydrated? Need some more details to know what might making it low supply and how to increase it Try https://www.instagram.com/olivia_lactation_consultant?igsh=eHkwZXhtZGF6NWJ1
