So I'll be 38 weeks on tuesday I'm due may 13th and I been having scattered contractions getting worse and worse but they don't meet actual labor criteria when do you know when it's the right time to go to the hospital like today I had 3 strong ones through out the day today

are you having weekly appointments? i would bring it up to your doctor and maybe see if they can check and see if you are dilated any. but i wouldnt worry about going to hospital until contractions are a couple minutes apart and feel unbearable. i've been waking up in the middle of the night feeling them. i'm 38 weeks on wednesday the 30th.
If you think you're in labor, I'd call your ob and ask if they think you should go in. Some offices have an after hours nurse you can call too.
My doctor told me 5/6-1-1 so 5-6 minutes apart lasting one minute, for one hour, I labored at home with strong contractions but they were 10 apart for 24 hours, they lightened in pain but got more consistent Saturday morning and I ended up admitted
