What is your baby’s wake up time?

What time does your little one wake up for the day? How old are they? Do you believe a baby’s wake up time is their natural biological clock or it can be adjusted to meet your desired wake up time?

Natural, biological clock. We don't really have a "wake up" time, as he is still sleeping quite a bit (more right now due to a growth spurt). But he definitely had a bed time! He will nap anywhere, under any circumstances, but when it's his bed time, he gets super fussy until we go to our room and he is in his bassinet. That's around 730pm. He sleeps pretty good stretches overnight, too. ETA - 9 weeks tomorrow.

Mine usually wakes up at around 7 or 8

12 weeks here! Usually 6am sometimes he’ll sleep in until 7am

Almost 10 weeks 8-830

@Kelsey do they naturally wake up at 8am ?

@Sara does that work for you & your family? When’s their bedtime?

Yes.. goes to bed 10-1030 and wakes up 8-830

9 weeks - bath 7.30 and bedtime 8/8.30 and wake up by 8.30 am . Naps during the day 11/12 and 2/3pm gets fussy if doesn’t nap those hours

11 weeks and wakes up between 7-8 something’s 9! But definitely not before that.

First wake up is around 6-7am then we pass out again until 8-9am sometimes 10 even. We lovee sleeping in 😅

@Natasha same lol

I have a 9 week old. He wakes between 530-630, and very rarely sleeps till 730. That wake up window seems to stay pretty constant even if he gets to bed later in the evening. He starts winding down at 6-630 and is usually down for the night between 7-9. He wakes up to feed 12-2am. Daytime naps are still erratic and can be anywhere from 30min to 3 hours.

11week old. He’ll wake for a feed at 4am go back to sleep til 8/9am he’ll even snooze after that feed as well sometimes lol
