so lonely and tired of it

sick an tired of being lonely, im a sahm whose married but yet feel extremely lonely through school hrs especially - new to qld (logan area) and moved here for somewhat of a fresh start .. spent thousands on the move just to be doing the exact same đź’© as back in melbourne ... all i want is a group of ladies who feel the same and no matter what life throws at them they are down for a catch up coffee, feed, drink bbq or whatever and actually there for each other ... i always struggled making friends as a kid but as an adult its even harder and im just about done with it all :( kids or no kids dont bother me ive been a mum for almost 22 years now but i have younger kids also so kids dont bother me in a bad way ... just sick of being lonely by myself most of the time - its a đź’© place to be in!

Same here I’m a 19 year old single mom with two kids under 2 shits been rough I would say let’s do something but ugh ur too far… but know ur not alone I understand how u feel too much

@Mella thank lovely - and yeah 100% rough ... my kids made friends at school but even their friends mums arent interested :( they already have there groups and stuff :(

@Shantell I feel you on this I moved 10 years ago and still to this day have not found a connection. When it feels so simple. Yet as like you ..I struggled making friends but now as an adult adding motherhood and you don't drink...pft forget it. I just wanted to say that you are not alone in this feeling. I hope you find your crew soon đź©·

@BibittyBee pity ur not closer cause i dont care if u drink or not haha

@Shantell right that's how it works out.. you got people who want to hang out and vibe yet billion of miles away. I'm just thinking we are 2025 now shouldn't we have teleportation by now.. I mean sure it's terrifying on how that process works but ayy it would be a good time lol

I feel you. I moved to be with my husband. He has his friends but the women here are clicky and some are horrid. I’m an older mum with a beautiful sassy 3 years old.

@BibittyBee oh my ikr haha - life is way too hard sometimes

@Diane 🇬🇧 oh i cant even meet anyone we know zero people

Try Fb groups. I’m on a “meeting women friends in Melb” page and they post coffee dates and intro themselves and invite other girls out to events they wanna go to etc I’ve met some girls on there for outings and it’s been successful. I’ve also made friends on here though, I don’t have any social anxiety so meeting people is easy for me, it’s the keeping them long term that’s harder for me, the constant contact and inviting out back and forth Also try a hobby group. I meet more men than women at mine but I have made a couple gfs there too

@Kellie i too do that, i also find the metting part easy as but the keeping part harder haha - im always up for meeting new people but the pages im on up here i havent had any luck except sleezy creepy men and i aint down for that haha

@Kellie thanks just asked to join i hadnt seen that page before :)

I'm a first time mum and very lonely too.. all my friends disappeared one by one when I had my baby. Would love someone to talk to and have a genuine friendship xx
