FTM here. My partner said it feels like it did before I was pregnant. And looks the same as it used to. During pregnancy it was so swollen and darker than normal so I’m glad it went back to what it used to look like 😂😂
My husband said it still feels the same!
mine actually felt tighter for awhile, my man says it’s just the same as before. we started again at 6 weeks
Omg I remember we first had sex and it felt soooo loose on my end, I'm sure he noticed it too but didn't say anything about it. It's now almost back to normal but not completely
I did at 11 weeks it felt so tight and sensitive
My partner didn’t comment one way or another but said it was still good. I made the half-joke that it must be looser because he wouldn’t hurt my feelings and say so but if I was tighter or back to normal he would have been way more enthusiastic about letting me know. The next time he made sure to be overly enthusiastic 🤣 It feels pretty much the same for me, maybe a teeeeensy bit easier going in at first 🤷♀️ at only 6.5 weeks pp
That’s an old wives tale you won’t be lose hun. I would wait for the all clear on 6 week check up. If you are comfortable then go for it. Defo recommend a lot of lube though!! You get drier and also it kills. Personally I think I waited a bit longer and I didn’t enjoy the first 3-4 times. Only saying it to be honest and give a heads up xxxx
Mine went back tighter, it felt tighter and hurt and was hella uncomfortable having sex at 6w pp, I felt like a virgin again honestly no joke. he also says I haven’t loosened or changed at all down there, I believe him. Btw I’ve had 3 vaginals but my babies head were all relatively small, I don’t have babies bigger than 7”7 they’ve all been smaller w small heads. From what I know the vaginal is a muscle- it expands for childbirth (and for arousement) and retracts back as needed, just as any muscle does. But BECAUSE it’s a muscle, it can be worked on aka pelvic floor can be strengthened (if it’s weak) so meaning it can get loose for some, but through exercises can be worked and toned firm again. Why is it that some women leak pee PP (when coughing sneezing laughing etc) and some don’t, her pelvic floor is toned and strong.
The tissue heals and remodels after birth. Most women experience it as the same or temporarily tighter. Some women experience permanently tighter and there’s associated discomfort. Some women experience looseness compared to prior. There’s also hormonal changes which change how you’ll perceive sex after birth, at least temporarily. For some it can take over a year to go back to normal especially if breastfeeding
He must be small if complaining about looseness. Mine said it’s gotten tighter everytime… didn’t wait 6 weeks . That’s us though. If you want to wait the 6 more power to you
It goes back tighter (in my experience) - I wonder if it depends on if you get stitches etc.
