How much sleep?

My little girl dropped her naps by the time she turned 2 , now she sleeps 7-7:30 with no wake ups , been likes this for over a year now I'm really thankful because up until she was 1 she hated sleep, is her room blacked out ? This was one of the reasons mine woke up early for a while , brought shutters for her room so it's pitch black which helps keep her asleep x
My little girl absolutely will not sleep well if she hasn't napped for at least an hour. Without a nap, late afternoon and bedtime becomes over two hours of distress and dysregulation as she's overtired. She also wakes more throughout the night. So all I can suggest is playing around with perhaps a weekly nap for a while and see if this helps?
@Amy she goes down easy ( finally) because she is tired. Clearly 10 hours are not enough for her 😭
@Natalie she used to sleep 11-11,5 hours then changed to 10 now. She has a sound machine and her room is dark so I have no clue

I have to take mine out in the pushchair or car every day. Has never been one for cot naps. Not sure if this could work for you? If they need a nap the movement will make it happen .
My son sleeps minimum of 10 hours sometimes very rarely it could be 12, he still gets up in the night sometimes as well xx
My little boy probably sleeps between 10 and 11 hours a night. He still wakes through the night although will go straight back off when he gets in our bed. At the moment he has been resisting bedtime and saying he's not tired so maybe there is some kind of developmental change around now which is affecting things for them?
