I'd say check your room temp and how they're dressed too. When it's hot my little one wants more at night. During the day gets distracted playing so we do the no distraction feeds too
I try and feed as much as possible during the day with minimal distraction. He can go a long time without feed if we're out 🤦🏻♀️ Still wakes up twice to feed overnight though (at least 1 full feed from both breasts), you're not alone x
Same. We spoke to a sleep consultant who said start by trying to not feed between 3am and 5am so they start the day with a big feed. Also try and do at least two feeds at home in the day without distractions to ensure they are having a BIG feed. We also do an expressed bottle before bed. Saying this after an initial 3 1/2 hr stretch last night she woke every 1 1/2 hrs for the rest of the night so I guess I'm not actually the person to ask 😵💫😵💫
