Leftover chocolate

My little boy is 22 months now so not technically weaning now, but he got given quite a lot of chocolate for Easter from family. I don't really like him having a lot of sugar, so he has been having a tiny little bit every few days (maybe I'm mean) but don't want him getting too used to having lots of sugar as his snacks are usually things with no added sugar. Has anyone got any recipes of 'healthy' recipes that I can make with my little boy to use up some chocolate. Any oat recipes maybe? I know I can make chocolate Krispie cakes etc, but I like him having them plain for breakfast and if I mix them with chocolate, I'm worried he won't want to eat them plain anymore 🤣

Chocolate veggie muffins! Blend up carrot, zucchini, spinach and banana, mix with egg, maple syrup, cocoa powder, flour (can sub with oats), baking powder etc and I’d chop up the Easter eggs and either mix them in or sprinkle it on top. You could also make baked oat bars, with oats, banana, egg, maple syrup and baking powder (blend altogether) and mix the Easter eggs into that too

@Shantelle thank you, these sound yummy
