Obstetrician appointment
I am 25 weeks now and have an obstetrician appointment on Wednesday.. I can’t remember what they do/check/ how long the appointment will likely take.
Am I able to take my toddler or should I try and find childcare?

In mine they just discussed my scans and confirmed what I already knew (no abnormalities) and checked for heart rate. Very similar to a midwife appointment xx

I had my first one on Friday at 22 weeks. Most of the time was waiting in the waiting room because they were behind schedule. But I had a nurse check my blood pressure and urine sample and then the obstetrician just went over my medical history quickly and advised me on their plan (to induce at 39 weeks) and that was it really! Was probably in with them for like 10 mins. Not sure on taking a toddler, I didnt see any in the waiting room, it may be less sttess for you if they weren't with you?
