@Shore tea is also used as valuable/interesting info. So the structure & routine ideas would be tea☺️
Putting books back on the shelf after reading one/before getting a new one out Putting toys away after playing Help wiping hands/face/highchair tray or table after food (My little boy is now 20months and started doing some of these automatically as I’ve been helping him practice these routines)
My boy is a little older (almost 2) but he likes to put his breakfast/dinner bowl/plate/cup etc in the dishwasher when he’s finished. But we started with him putting it on top of the dishwasher (now that he’s stronger he likes to open it 🤪) My eldest use to help put the cutlery away from the dishwasher - would stand up on her tower, I’d put the cutlery next to her with the drawer open and she would sort it (no sharp knives obvs). My little boy isn’t interested in that though, he’d much rather throw it all on the floor 😂🫣
My little one (16 months) always closes a door after she's left a room (even if we don't want it closed sometimes 😅), she also grabs the broom after I've done using it because she is 'helping' mummy and she's also obsessed with her shoes and socks 🥺😂
Putting coat in it's proper place. Washing hands before meals, helping wipe down table, carrying her cup/plate, whatever to and from table. If you haven't implemented out of car safety yet... Put a hand on the car or stay in the car until told. Hands in a parking lot. Listenn and look both ways before crossing streets.
Is this coded? Tea is gossip, no?
