Nuby rapid hot

Hi, has anyone got the nuby rapid hot and would you recommend? It looks like it would save a lot of time. I’m not sure about the prep machines and thought this might be a good alternative. Thanks.

My girl is on cows milk now but when she was on formula I often used the nuby rapid cool and the nuby flask to make bottles when out and about

I was wondering the same, but thought it would need sterilising after making each bottle?

I got the two rapid cools with thermal flask. Absolutely worth it when out and about

I just cool the water down I add a hot shot of water to the bottle with formula and use the rapid cool to cool the remaining water down to add into the bottle :) that way it doesn't need sterilised..but because I have 2 bottles i can always make a full formula bottle if needed in a timely manner. But I sterilise the flask at the end of the day if only water, and after each use if I make a full formula in it. X

If you make up the powder in it then yes it needs sterilised after each use. If you just cool the water down then it doesn’t need sterilised after each use just at the end of the day☺️x

We only got the rapid cool and got a normal flask as I heard some people say that the nuby hot doesn’t keep the water as hot x

@Julia the nuby hot flask keeps is warm maybe not longer than 4 hours. So i agree. I got a 12h hot flask from Asda for like £6 that's been great for me and the size fits my going out baby bag :)

Yes that’s the one we used to use as well. It was great for night time feeds☺️x

from what I see it just boils water? I personally don’t think I would find this anymore beneficial than using my kettle and keeping a hot water flask. If I were to go down that route then I think the prep machines have more to offer x

thanks. Do you boil the kettle and leave it 30 mins before putting in the flask? x
