Issues with my family
On Friday I had surgery to remove my tubes, and my family has been against the surgery when I told them the week before the surgery that I would be having it they tried to talk me out of it I didn’t listen. I’m so happy I did the surgery. But now I had to ask them for help I asked for a little financial help cause my husband and I along with our daughter move on Thursday. And I asked for physical help from my mother so I could shower and she said no. Then started complaining about how much she has to do so she can go to Florida on vacation… and now both of my parents won’t respond to me. I’m at the end of my rope with them I’m debating cutting them off.

That's horrible! Like i want to do that too and my parents are against it too but they aren't being assholes about it bc they know how tough pregnancy is on me so they being supportive even when they are against it. Honestly if you are OK with it then I def would prob cut them out. You don't need that kind of negativity.

Your body, your choice. They don't get a say in that and they are being terrible at "punishing you" while you ask for their help. I'm very sorry you have to deal with that. And yes I would take a serious distance with them after this. Hope you can find help somewhere else.
