Deep heat
Does anyone know if you can use deep heat while pregnant? I'm also taking aspirin. Waiting for the doctors to call me back but I'm in agony. Thanks

You can take paracetamol if aspirin isn’t working
No, unfortunately can’t use deep heat. I’ve been using deep freeze gel instead as the cold gel is fine in pregnancy and I’ve been getting a lot of nerve/tendon pain in my feet and so that helps me a little on a night, but unfortunately the heat gels aren’t safe, perhaps you could use heat patches or a hot water bottle instead if it’s heat specifically that you need to help
