I just give my little one a bit of everything; Cherry Tomatoes Sliced pepper Cucumber Celery Radishes Bread sticks Crackers Boiled egg Fresh fruit Greek yoghurt Grated cheese He was spoon fed but now I'd say he is more of a snack eater and likes to feed himself 😊
I’m not sure if we should be pushing these BUT …. I found sugar free digestives in home bargain today and gave her one as we were out. Breadsticks have been a hit since I posted about snacks. Wafers. Rice cakes. Cheese. Banana. Grapes. Crackers.
I also use piccolo etc and they’re actually not bad for them at all so don’t worry too much but fruit and veg sticks is always a good shout, mine absolutely loves bananas
Funny you should post this as I’ve just been reading this x https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c62j0l0gg4go
@Hollie I wonder if it’s the same for their snacks as well as pouches?! That is worrying but defo glad we don’t use pouches anymore!
Cucumbers Tomatoes Watermelon Breadsticks Banana Cheese Pancakes rice cakes Blueberries Tangerine I also give packet snacks like Ella’s kitchen and organix like you and mix it up with mainly fruit and veg left from lunch prep.
Bits of fruit. Banana, raspberries, strawberries. Bread sticks. Cheese. I alternate with banana wands and little baby snacks.
