2 year sleep regression?

Is there one because my daughter will not stay asleep for anything. I gave her a nap earlier yesterday so by bedtime she was EXHAUSTED, she still slept for 4 hours and then decided it was time to get up. If you guys are going through this or did go through this, have any tips?

We just got through the sleep regression with our toddler. Now he’s trying to drop his nap too. The only thing that worked for us was really wearing him out (lots of time outside and activities inside) and staying consistent. Keeping the same bedtime routine and keeping bedtime the same time every night. My sons bedtime routine is: -dinner at 6:00 -bath 6:30-7:00 -pick up his bedroom 7:00-7:15 -milk and snack -brush teeth after he finishes his snack and milk -turn on a calm, low stimulation movie at 7:30 (right now he either watches Cinderella or Winnie the Pooh) -all lights off, sound machine, fan, and nightlight turned on, pull back his blanket on his bed at 7:45 -cuddle with me or his dad until he falls asleep between 8-9 He’s usually asleep by 8:30 and finally made it out of the sleep regression a week ago. When he was a little over 1 year old we did a very loose form of sleep training that I don’t know if I would even consider sleep training so i think that also helped him

We went through my kid not napping for us on the weekends but still napping at daycare for almost 2 hours. Not sure what it is aside from running around with other kids maybe? Idk. But we moved her bedtime to a half hour later and kept the same wake time, that has seemed to help us getting her to nap on the weekends.

I forgot there is a two-year-old sleep regression. I didn’t know if he was getting a tooth or what but he’s been up the last few nights every two hours. Maybe This is why
