Creche + potty training

Last Thursday I started to potty train my daughter. We were very lucky that she took to it straight away having no accidents at all on day 1 and only 1 accident on day 2. We have had the odd accident here & there but at most 1 a day. We only stayed in the first two days and been out every day since going to the park/soft play/friends birthday party etc so been very busy I have taken her portable potty and she has been amazing having only 1 accident outside of the house and that was down to the fact I didn’t stop the car in time for her to go on the potty. She’s gone to creche today and has 4 accidents their excuse was “she’s been all over the place I think it’s because we are really busy” am I right in complaining tomorrow morning rather than accepting the fact they are busy. They said if she has 3 accidents tomorrow then they will put her back in a nappy for the time she’s there. I’ve thrown her nappies all out as she doesn’t need them. We went straight from creche to the park to play where again she stopped playing & told me she needed a wee so we quickly went on the potty.
