Third Trimester Stretches

Hi Ladies! I’m really looking to do some third trimester stretches - I’m definitely a beginner & not into the gym. I’m 30 weeks tomorrow. I’m not having any luck on YouTube. The videos seem to talk you through like you know what the stretches mean but I need a walkthrough 🤭 Could anyone recommend please? Many thanks 🩷

There’s a really great pregnancy yoga channel I’ve come across called Pregnancy and Postpartum TV with loads of videos to choose On depending on your ability / stage / focus (for example if you want specific yoga stretches for sciatic pain) She does explain to some extent but isn’t exactly a step-by-step. Due to being pregnant though there are limitations to what stretches you can do - so once you’ve done a few of the videos, you’ll soon pick up which stretches she’s on about as they are repetitive (in a good way) You could always watch a few videos first to get used to the movements?
