Odd one out

Breastfeeding, but pump for his bottles at nursery, so not sure which to click. I always say i exclusively breastfeed as all his milk is from the boobs, but I pump so he can still have milk for his 3 days after nursery 🤔🤷‍♀️

I did a lot of pumping at the start and gave bottles to begin with as he had a tongue tie and fed for so long and so often but now switched to EBF as its now easier in this stage. We do the occasional bottle from our depleting freezer stash every so often! Most people I know are EBF I think it really depends on the circles you are in x

I EBF until 7 months then I have to add a bottle a night of formula because I didn’t have enough for her to fall asleep, but I’m still breastfeeding for the rest of the day

I did ebf at the start and then pumped because I knew I’d be back at work earlier than I planned now she is on goat milk formula since about 4.5 months. Honestly if I could of kept ebf I so would of I enjoyed it so much more second time round x

Nearly 10 months EBF 🙂

We are nearly 10 months and EBF. Are your little ones still waking 2/3 times in the night for a feed?

@Janine yes! Sadly!! And she also wakes up for brief comfort feeds if she is teething, learning a new skill etc. You are not alone. X

10 months now :) I do pump occasionally now as I am building up a stash for when he goes to nursery so he can still have some, and he's had a little bit of expressed milk twice for his Dad while I was away for just a few hours.

We tried every bottle we could and she wouldn't take it... she has a sippy cup now for water but won't take milk from it... so exclusively breastfed per demand 😂😂

@Abbigail have you tried the expressed milk at different temperatures? Mine likes his milk straight from the fridge. We use nuk and Tesco teats for nursery

Yeah we tried chilled, warmed, straight from the boob to bottle... we tried ma'am, johnsons, Tesco etc... we tried 3 different sippy cups as well... i tried, my partner tried with me not there as a distraction... just not having it... she drinks loads of water from her sippy cup all day and does it herself but just not milk 🙈
