Unused Warmed Breast Milk

Can you put breast milk that has been warmed up but not used back in the fridge? I had warmed a bottle up but my baby didn't have any of it. If not, can it be frozen and used in baths instead?

No you can’t re refrigerate warmed milk. You have up to four hours to use the bottle once it’s been warmed. Rule of thumb: 4 hours at room temp 4 days in the refrigerator Up to a year in the freezer. 24 hours for frozen breast milk that has thawed in the fridge You can refreeze milk if it still has ice crystals

My midwife said 2 hours once warmed, it cannot go back in the fridge. You can 100% freeze and use in baths if you want

Two hours after warned up but if freshly expressed and not put in fridge 4 hours. If you don’t use it by then you can absolutely freeze for milk bath!
