Could It maybe be an intolerance?
How long has it been like this? Has she had her immunisations recently?

I noticed a similar consistency (actually more watery) after my little one had his first imms. I read somewhere that the rotavirus one can cause diarrhoea. It was runny for a couple of weeks and then eased up before his second lot of imms.
That’s normal, just remember, they are not on solids yet so their poo is going to be runny. It’s not diarrhoea.

This doesn’t look abnormal to me, my boy is breastfed and this is his typical poops. I’d be very hesitant to take different advice online than you get from your doctor! If you aren’t happy go back and ask for a second opinion but they’re the expert at the end of the day.
This looks like Breastfed babies poo. I mix feed and when my baby has breast milk His poo looks like this.
Mine was like this for the first weeks of life until I changed to comfort milk.
