@Finn it makes me very emotional lol. She will still use me as a pacifier but she doesnât seem to care too much about the milk part.
Hello! Just a thought, but has breastfeeding or latching been difficult? Perhaps the formula comes easier from the bottle, and depending on how old your baby is, maybe she has matched the tastes.? Breastfeeding is truly an emotional feat though. Remember that you are doing the best you can. She's a baby and could change her mind tomorrow. Ams most importantly, You are smart and who makes her feel safe, comfortable, and loved. đ©”
My baby has been on formula since 4 weeks as my prolactin dropped and i stopped producing. She is 5 months.. health and thriving.. once I realized formula doesnât need to be the enemy and that not breastfeeding wasnât the end of the world things got easier⊠i had a lot of shame because of social media and the push to cut my arm off to keep trying⊠the moment my baby looked up at me with a sad and desperate face because she wasnât getting anything I said screw it to the system and was done⊠I went out and found the cleaner formula from the uk I could find.,,I know it seems like such a big deal right now.. but ten years down the road.. your not going to be worrying about weather she was breastfed or not.. teach her to eat well, give probiotics and vitamin d.. youâll Be fine
@AndrĂ©a She doesnât seem to have any problems. She also acts like she doesnât want the milk from the bottle, but takes formula fine
@Lauren Thank you for sharing that, I needed to hear that! đ€
