Has anyone had this happen??

Mrs. Rachel is for ever banned from our house andmy daughter (19 months) is no longer allowed to watch it. So Friday we decided to check out Mrs. Rachel and see if she’d like it turns out she did, then daddy came home and all was good, so today while I’m making dinner dad turned on Mrs. Rachel for her she was instantly glued, oddly though she didn’t interact with the show just stood there and watched it, then it was dinner time and she freaked out when removing her from the living room she didn’t care to eat she just wanted Rachel, then we went to take a shower cause that normally makes her happy but she continued to throw a tantrum over not getting to watch Rachel we’ve decided that it’s not gonna happen anymore. I’ve never seen her react like that, not for any show I’ve ever let her watch if I turn anything else off or pull her away she could care less but Mrs.Rachel cause a whole episode of upset for her. Other shows we’ve allowed (Jack Hartman, Bob Ross, Bluey, Little Einstein’s, Little Bear, Dragon tales, Veggie tales, Paw patrol, and Daniel Tiger)

Wow! I am so sorry that you and your LO had that experience! My little girl loves Mrs. Rachel but she’s never thrown a tantrum after cutting her off.

I’ve seen it with my nephews for cocomelon but I’ve never heard of it with Mrs. Rachel and I even hear good things about her but the reaction we got was not expected and it was hard getting her mind off of it and on to something else

Oh no! I will never allow my daughter to watch coco melon

Ms Rachel was my daughter first show she was ever interested in watching. She was really glued to the screen too at first and it was concerning to me as well. But now she’s completely normal about it and has actually learned a lot from watching the show. Still her favorite show but she’s not as attached to it as she use to be.

I swear that shit brain washes or is a hypnotizing experience I’ve never watched a single episode and won’t allow my toddler to watch it either I find it so odd that people are so obsessed with it and her So sorry you had that experience.
