Back to Work 4 Months PP, Daycare help

I need reassurance and advice. I am returning back to work part-time in June and my little one will be about 4 months old. Unfortunately we do not have family to watch her, so she will be in daycare. (I don’t think we can afford other options) The daycare appears to be great, it’s in home and the main care taker has her own children in it. It felt good when we visited…I just feel so sad to be already departing from my baby. I know it’s a choice so many moms have to make and I am lucky to have had the time I had with her. I just feel like she’s so little to be going and I’m hoping it doesn’t take away from her relationship/secure attachment to us (parents).

I had to return to work full time at 10w pp (shes 9 montha now).. my girl attends a daycare center down the road from where I work and I get updates (and a couple pictures) throughout the day... its difficult but honestly I love it for her.. it helps with her socializing and she gets to watch the older babies and learn from them And to ease your fear, it won't take away from you.. you are and always will be her mom Today when I went to pick my girl up, I walked in and said hi and smiled and she crawled to me. I picked her up and she hugged me and bounced excitedly in my arms and grabbed my face and told me all about her day, and I look forward to these moments every day because it's just what I need after a long day at work :)

That's exactly why I found alternative ways to make an income from home..

I understand you i also had to go back to work wheny daughter was 5 months old and she was in daycare it's really hard but it won't change your relationship....with timexthings get better ❤️
