I miss sleep

Feeling sorry for myself right now. I had to stop stomach sleeping around week 21 as it wasn't comfortable anymore. I loathe side sleeping. Even with a pregnancy pillow I wake up at 4.45am with my knees and hips aching so much I can't get back to sleep. I also wake up at least 5 or 6 times throughout the night, at which point I have to switch sides. I also have a blocked nose when I wake in the mornings. Really struggling with the idea that I have another 16-20 weeks of this to go.

I’m the same girl, I been awake all night and I still haven’t managed to get any sleep yet! It’s horrible but it’s worth it ! X

@Soph gave my toddler the biggest cuddle this morning to remind myself of that!

Same and I get the blocked nose too, can’t breathe 😖

I’m 20 weeks and have always been a front or back sleeper and find that I get a numb shoulder and achy lower back when sleeping on my side. I have found that a pillow under my tummy and under my lower back helps as you can rest slightly forward or slightly backward without being completely flat. X

Omg nose is sooo congested every night & really struggling with my hips and acheyness!!! I came on to write a post about this as they ache so bad
