Mine did the same about that age but it is something he grew out of same as a lot of other development phases he went through
Both mine did, one is nd one is nt. The only reliable difference was looking you in the eyes during nappy changes an interaction/independence at that age
@Holly he does seem to stare at me when I’m changing his nappy is that what you mean?
My son has amazing eye contact but still certain he has autism
I think as mums we just know don’t we; he’s only 6 months but I just feel like I know it’s hard to explain! He’s flapping arms for 60/70% of the day, sometimes appears quite frantic and edgy/jumpy- struggles to relax to sleep and stay asleep- always waking crying even when all of his needs are met just cries as if he’s having nightmares
The sleep for sure, I'm knackered but still energetic, it's hard because haven't slept in three years and it's pretty draining on body and mind, most days I've had four hours or less past three years
Recently been getting up at about 4am, hoping to push this out a little till sunrise, if we can both get up at sunrise that would be great
Awwww gosh it’s so difficult, my baby isn’t rolling yet either and absolutely no signs
He does smile a lot though
Yeah, looking at you while you're changing their nappy and if you make eye contact they like wiggle/interact etc (rather than not looking at all or being fully zoned out)
Yes my son was young when he started muscle spasms and flapping arms and kicking legs, his eyes were always big wide and electrifying, as time went on I noticed more tings he was doing and he flaps now alot spins tiptoe walks and all sorts and he's waiting fo assessment from pediatrics and I'm going for vote on autism It can be normal part of development though, which thought was back then.
