Leaving LO overnight
I’m leaving my LO overnight for the first time in just under two weeks and I am SO nervous. It’s for a hen do about 2 hours away from where I live so i’ll be gone from first thing Saturday morning until late afternoon/early evening on Sunday. At this point I don’t know why I said I’d go but it was arranged so far in advance I thought I’d be okay with leaving him by this point.
Any advice?

He will be fine! I’ve left my little one once overnight for a similar time frame for a wedding when he was about 8 months old, with my parents. I was dreading it but he was absolutely fine! We have another wedding in July which will be a similar situation, and I’m much more confident this time round xx
You’ll be fine I promise! I went to a hen last June and last August, and just back from a weekend away on Sunday. Go and enjoy yourself 🥰

HE will be fine! I left my first around this age for the first time overnight for a night away with a friend and he was fine. I however kept waking up and had a terrible nights sleep 🤣 I am doing the same in a few months time being away from both of them for one night. I expect they will both be fine and I will have a crap nights sleep again 😂
