Stopping breastfeeding.
We recently stopped the last breastfeed my daughter was having and i suddenly keep feeling sick and light headed. My period was almost 3 weeks late and i have a feeling it will be the same this month. Has anyone else had this?

The hormone drop when you stop breastfeeding is huge and can cause sickness and even depression. I’m not sure what the best thing to do is but defo worth doing some research
