The ideal sleep routine depends on the baby's age. You can start with a simple routine from the newborn stage- nothing complicated, but it helps lay the foundation for later 🙂 After 6 months you can establish a more structured routine lasting between 20-30 minutes. This could look like: feeding, bath(if it s bath day), massage, pyjamas, reading books, signing lullabies or any other calming evening activity. Routines should also be set before naps, but they should be kept short and sweet- about 5-10 min is enough.
