Magnesium really helps me sleep all the way through. I get the three in 1 magnesium. Life saver!
I’ve also started to take a calcium & magnesium supplement to help with breast feeding I’m 27 weeks ☺️
I had awful insomnia about 25 weeks. I spoke to my midwife and I've cut out all caffeine after lunchtime and I've really found that a lavender steam diffuser makes a huge difference at making me drowsy at bed time. I still don't sleep through the night, sue to needing a wee🤣 but it's so much better! Hope it gets better for you!
i do wanna add that it is getting much better tho. first trimester was terrible i had horrible dreams and anxiety throughout the night. now i just have trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep. and then waking up after i finally get to sleep. i'm exhausted 😩 but at least im not anxious or having weird vivid dreams that woke me up that was not fun
