No sleep regression?
I don’t think I have had any sleep regression yet?
Her sleep definitely has changed since hitting four months, but she’s still sleeping through the night. As soon as her two feeds are done she is always back asleep in her bed.
Do I keep waiting for it or just consider myself lucky this time.

@Coadie my first was dreadful for the sleep regressions 🫠 he’s a terrible sleeper
We're nearly 5 months and hadn't had it! Sometimes sleeps through, sometimes wakes up once a night for a feed. I was dreading it! x
Ours slept terribly for 2 weeks when she hit 3 months (like up every 45 mins some nights- it was hell) and then got better for 5 nights. I thought maybe that was the regression and she’d hit it early and come out the other side quickly. Sleep then went downhill and she was awful for another 2 weeks but also came down with a virus and was super congested. Now I wonder if it was all because she was poorly and the regression is still to come. I’m anxious every night!
