I swapped from kendamil to Aptamil advance

Did you see positive changes? @paula

My little girl cried uncontrollably on Kendamil! We initially thought maybe a cows milk allergy and was switch to aptamil pepti by gp but I’m now thinking that maybe it was just the Kendamil x

We did with first infant milk but when I changed it to organic he was absolutely fine again!

@Manda

@Megan that’s really interesting, our GP originally thought CMPA so we tried Aptamil Pepti but that made him so unsettled. We then swapped to Kendamil comfort but now thinking of changing brands completely as so many people are saying their babies are unhappy on Kendamil

@Cams we also had a bit of a nightmare with pepti because she suffered really badly with reflux on it, we use Carobel now to thicken it which does help, we are trying the reintroduction of cows milk formula from next week and I’m going to try a different brand personally x

I swapped for this reason, swapped to Aptamil he was a little better, turned out he has CMPA. Found Kendamil hard to source at the time and the upset tummy issues

Kendamil upset my daughter so much they thought she had CMPA we trialled allergy milk but when asked to do the formula milk trial and we tried Hipp Organic and no issues since x

@Amber hey amber, when you changed did you do a straight swap?

Mine found Kendamil too rich so we went to Aptamil He was very blocked up on it

@Tia yeah straight swap I noticed a change in about 48 hours ☺️

We swapped to cow and gate after aptamil and kendamil gave her either upset tummy or terrible constipation I also found using the readymade for a while helped as a few people had mentioned it was easier on sensitive tummys. Worked brilliantly for us.

My little girl seemed like she was choking with Kendamil.like she would cough after feeding then almost struggle to catch her breathe.We was using the slowest teats and still didn’t help but I did find the Kendamil to be really thin in consistency. Changed to aptamil and no longer have this problem so I assumed it was the Kendamil
