Baby #2 after my Aug 2023 baby! First trimester! (Lots of emotions)

I prayed for this baby! I already love our little seed so much! 🤍 May God cover us in strength and protection. Trigger warning (birth trauma): “You’ve done this before”… “you were just pregnant you’re fine”… I am not doing well. Wow, admitting that alone feels good. My husband and I planned this baby…. And yet, I am more emotional, stressed, and sick than ever… completely questioning myself and terrified beyond comprehension right now. I survived birth trauma from delivering my ‘23 baby. I am going to face my biggest fear. A deeply rooted fear that I will not survive this time, and leave my firstborn without their mother is making me sick beyond nausea. Please do not comment anything triggering like “you asked for this baby”…. I want this baby so bad….and I still feel all these emotions! I’m just human. Please pray for me. I don’t know what I’m really needing in this moment besides feeling seen ❤️‍🩹

@Sophia Omg congrats to you as well mama! 🥰 Thank you! We should connect sometime :)

Congratulations!! I am nearing the end of my first trimester with my second after having an August 2023 baby as well. Our baby is a surprise but we are still overjoyed nonetheless and this pregnancy has been whooping my behind. Anyway, I say all that to say, I understand. Sometimes I find myself having a hard time being happy when I’m facedown in the toilet with my 20 month old patting my back. You are human and I’m proud of you for admitting it! Go you! I see you queen! We can do this:)

❤️
