I’ve been putting him in his high chair and putting pasta, rice, water with food colouring etc in zip lock bags and taping them to his tray and letting him explore those! Going to try messy play with puree food this weekend!

As well as the usual play activities, watching me do whatever tidying and cleaning needs to happen! With some music on. She’s quite happy watching most of the time.
My 4 month old naps for no longer than an hour a day and that’s split across 3 naps😆 so there’s a lot of singing, tummy time, reading to him, just showing him stuff around the house, having chats with him😅 I also try and go out everyday for a walk or to the shops to pass some time x
