Catching up on sleep
Does anyone else feel guilty for sleeping when baby sleeps in the day? As if you should be awake at all times😅😂

I've never slept when my daughter has slept 😅 Ive tried but I can't do it
Some days I would love to but I can't sleep in the day unless I'm really ill. Also usually if I'm not sleeping I'm not being productive if that helps you feel less guilty. Quite often I'm just getting a bit of me time having a cuppa and something sweet
