i would keep him in taking him out isn’t going to do anything and i’m glad the daycare is taking initiative to send sick kids home instead of keep them! even as a precaution. sometimes too the daycare cannot formally notify parents of another child’s sickness due to HIPPA laws and there usually has to be multiple cases in a certain amount of time for them to send out a notice to the other parents. the middle finger thing is whatever imo, children are going to learn things from other kids no matter where they are/go (good or bad in this case) sorry that this incident upset you but if u pull him nothing is really going to change or happen 🤷♀️
I don't think the nursery has done anything wrong. They have to safeguard other children.
The only issue here is your child being labelled as naughty. Otherwise it seems very responsible and sensible of the nursery to take all the safeguarding measures they can.
He might have learned from other children a bunch of kids together they learn fast lol
I’d keep him in for now, if incidents keep happening then I’d take him out. Would you be able to get him a place elsewhere quick enough?
