Breastfeeding 2 different size breasts

I’ve been breastfeeding for 8 months and I plan to do so until my baby is a year old. My right breast has always significantly produced less milk and my left one produces way more. My baby also prefers the left side and always has. My breasts are two different sizes and it’s noticeable. I know I should pump on my other side to even it out, but even when I exclusively pumped my left side was just bigger. It was not like this before breastfeeding. Once I stop breastfeeding will my breasts be the same size since milk won’t be in the bigger one? Or should I try pumping the left side to even it out now? Anyone who’s has a somewhat similar experience?

I think this is common for moms to experience! I did with both my kiddos and after my first things evened out and I’m assuming they will after my second is done bf. Again, I think it’s pretty common

Same!! Following….

Mine did not even out until May daughter turned two, at least 6 months after weening but I *think* they're even now...you got me having to check in the mirror lol

Yes they are. But I think it took longer than 6 months but I still produce a little now for some reason
