I’m really confused

So I did my test last week it was positive right so I did one again it shows a faint line and I have been feeling a little cramp and a little spotting so I decided to go do a clinic to do a blood work and I show the positive results to the other nurse she told me that it was negative and I then told her I want to do a blood she refused to give me a blood work she then choose to do urine test which came out negative talking about it very expensive and I do have a health insurance so this was the same picture I sent to my other doctor she said she saw something and then scheduled me to do bloodwork for me tomorrow so my question here is what going on with my primary clinic I’m so confused
