So with the weather getting hotter, I am getting slightly sweater with the heat.
I do shower regularly, but my breasts today have been slightly damp and I don’t know if it’s cause I leaned in the bra or my sweat.
Do I need to wipe down my nipple before a feed? With bottles they get sterilised, so how come I don’t hear about any recommendations for cleaning for nipples?

I used to have to pick lint off my nipples 😫 This time around I’ll have a newborn in the summer and I didn’t even think about being super sweaty. I don’t think sweaty boobs will hurt your baby but wipe them if it makes you more comfortable ❤️

I do wipe my nipples sometimes before I use the pumps. I just do it for my own peace of mind. If you feel that you’re too sweaty you could just wipe it with a baby wipe
