Yes! It's normal. Your breasts are forming mature milk ducts and are beginning to produce colostrum. This is my third baby and I am having letdowns starting. I always get this tingly sensation before my milk comes and I'm already getting it now. Barely anything is coming out but I'm like girls...already??lol I also have D-MER, so also get a nice wave of anxiety as well😂 oh pregnancy is so fun lol
I've started with sensitive and hard nipples. I've had to buy nursing bras now because of the extra padding and nipple cream. Not sure what else to do. Not ready for soothing pads or those silver things yet I don't think. I can't even shower sometimes they hurt so much.

This happened my first pregnancy and I had my nipples pierced. My nipples bothered me so much I had to take them out! Now my nipples hurt and I’m still breastfeeding my first and it hurts so bad😭
