super long cycle?

day 6 no period, been ttc for #2 for about 6 months now. longest cycle so far, i’m on day 45! all tests have been negative. last time i had a cycle this long, i was pregnant with my daughter 2 years ago. what could be delaying my period & why would i be getting negatives so late if i am pregnant?
