Postpartum

I can honestly say I’m still going through postpartum I haven’t really gained my spark back I need suggestions on what to do

my OB said you’re postpartum for a year. personally i felt like i was done being pp after i got cleared at my 6 week appt

After 2 years

I felt like at a year. My daughter is 15 months and the last few months I felt like I was getting back to me.

They say that your hormones don’t go back to normal until 2 years after 🤷🏽‍♀️

18 months to 2 years roughly

I had two kids back to back and didn’t even get a break from breastfeeding. I have no clue 🥲.

@Alexis we have just about the same ages. My husband and I want a 3rd but idk if we’ll survive 🤣 (kidding toddlers are tough.
