This started happening to us, used to sleep 7-7 but then started needing less sleep. I found putting baby to bed slightly later works. She goes down at 7:30/8 and wakes up at 6:30 now x

@Maisie yeah i think for now im going to try that! then once she’s up a bit later i can try push her to 2 naps but being awake 5:30am-7pm im never gonna manage with only 2 naps in there😂
Agree with Florence, it’s definitely time to move to 2 naps. I would do a day of shorter 3 naps and then move to 2. Because the wake windows are longer they then nap for longer. You might find you need an earlier bed time for a few days
I wouldnt let her sleep past 4pm now so she has a good wake window before bed that always helped me and i also never dod a long nap in the morning i did half hour around 10/10.30 then he would have a 2/2.5 hour nap in the afternoon from 12.30/1 he has slept 7pm-7am since he was 6 weeks old.
thank you all! i’ll defo not let her sleep past 4 and reduce the length of her 3 naps until she’s ready for 2. Always been blessed with a full night sleep now all of a sudden i’m being woken early im not a fan of it😂😂
This my was boy this morning. He's coming up to 9 months. Woke at 2am for an HR then 5:30am 😭
If your baby is 8 months then they are probably ready to move to 2 naps. I usually look at the huckleberry sleep schedule for a rough guide
