Just have to keep offering, they will be interested eventually!
Just keep offering x it took several months of offering my daughter food three times a day before she finally picked something up
after fruit and veg i would then try stuff like lentils and pasta and bread to test for gluten intolerance and then lastly end with common allergens such as like shellfish, fish, nuts in forms of like nutella and peanut butter x
like others have mentioned try fruit veg first, with all the allergy ones I would try do early morning so you can observe during day last thing u need is a reaction in evening then go a&e. try sitting with him make it fun spoon feed as well as letting him try. my lo wasn't interested in food until he was 9 months old. I was concerned until hv said all kids are different. I found I was giving my lo way too much milk because I was worried he wasn't eating much but milk was filling him up, once I dropped one bottle he seemed interested. hope I have given you abit of reassurance.
i would start with all the veggies and fruit, as he has allergies i would keep it simple to begin with and just give him one veg/ fruit at a time and test for allergies, when u see he has no reaction to a couple fruits then you can start mixing them together x
