Menstrual cup post birth doesn’t sit right

I used a moon cup before birth for at least a couple of years and it was completely fine, however it just doesn’t seem to sit right inside since having my baby It goes completely fine, and sometimes I can feel it because it does the suction Quite often, I will then have to remove it an hour or so later because it feels uncomfortable - like the angle is wrong. I’m not sure why as everything has healed down there. I’m 11 months postpartum. Had no other issues. Although (and this maybe unrelated) since having a baby, when I go for a number two, I have to put a piece of tissue on the back part of the loo in the bowl, as my poop always now seems to hit there - which is so random and gross to mention - but it never did that before! So if I don’t put tissue down it’s such a mess. Can you angles downstairs change post birth?!

You have to change sizes. There’s a small size for U30 OR women who haven’t given birth and then there’s size 2 for over 30’s or women who have given birth. You’ll need to upsize your cup, or use a disc which actually holds more and you can have sex w that in its like a female condom. And sits better up against the cervix

Aw I think I was just over 30 when I got it so I think it’s already the bigger size 🥲 good to double check though thank you!
