CMPA - nappies
My 6 week old has been on allergy milk (puramino) for nearly 2 weeks now. His stools still smell foul and, are more often than not, pretty explosive! Any advice as to when this will improve?
The green poo is normal for the formula he’s on but I dread the leaks!

I have nutrimigen but not improvement after 3 weeks so going to instead try neocate
I can take a few weeks for the old milk to leave their system. We changed my Lg's formula a while back as it was making her constipated and it took a few weeks for her body to adjust to the new formula and once she did, she was a different and happier baby x
@Sophie that's great it worked - do you mind sharing which formula it is?
@Kate it wasn't an allergen milk, but we swapped from sma little steps to cow and gate. Turns out the sma little steps didn't have fish oil in and we think that's what was making her constipated
@Kate it’s puramino which is similar to neocate but the nutramigen brand!

Which formula is it? I think it takes 2-3 weeks to see a difference but not sure what your other symptoms were
