Roomix Floor Beds

I had the mattress on the floor with my first and we stayed on the floor until she choose to sleep independently at 6.

I haven’t bothered with a bed I just got a mattress on the floor and lift the mattress up in the day so it airs but we skipped the crib completely

I am going to do that. Havent looked at that type of bed though. I've been looking at the merax full size house bed.

We have a floor bed for my 3 year old, she was about 13 months old when we got it as cot transfers just would not work!! My husband cosleeps with her in it so we got a double, but I used to nurse her to sleep in it and roll away until I was heavily pregnant with her sister. We love it! Not heard of the roomix brand though.

We just got some wooden slats from ikea and put the mattress on top of that!

@Olympia You know one hears things. If you could say something about your child’s current independence, would you say that God sleepy benefited her or the opposite?

@Nathalie Absolutely! Becuase Mimi has to had 4 surgeries by the time she was 5 she was on the boob until her last surgery at 5yrs. Potty training took until she was almost 3.5yr . I went at her pace. She is now 7, wrapping up 1st grade with above 95% on all subjects . She is comfortable with public speaking. She is doing 3/4th grade math and science. Reading is at grade level. She showers and brushes her teeth and files her nails independently. She can prepare basic microwave food. However she has a snack drawer since she was 2yrs old. The biggest down side is she is very very very sassy. She is almost too confident. She did struggle when I had Teddy a year ago. he was sleeping on me during the day and I would go to bed with him. She also wanted to come to bed and she did for a year. Once he started moving and climbing on her face she moved back into her bed 😆
