3 nap but only for 30 min each. I can’t do. Anything at home :(
3 but we’ve tried dropping the last nap a couple of times and ended up in an earlier (full on meltdown) bed time so have gone back to 3 🫣 my little one only naps for 40 mins at a time tho!
3 but finding it increasingly difficult to squeeze them in but wake windows and an early riser means I can’t see a way of only doing two yet without a stupidly early bed time. Wondering how best to transition!
Normally 3 but past few days he's been on pretty much 2. I think today is going to be 2. He had a 3hr contract nap this morning and currently coming up to the 2hr mark and still going on his 2nd nap. But we had an awful sleep last night with the heat. 😩
Some days 3 some days 2..depends how long they are.
No idea how can someone do 3 naps.. Literally ZERO. Do you force your babies or do they sleep bec they are tired? My daughter barely sleeps 20mins during the whole day. 9/10 she is completely happy, never cries, not tired, sleeps fine at night outside of sleep regressions/growth spurts. But ob the rare occassion like yesterday she would scream in the eve before bedtime and then be up evedy hour or so. She never had many naps. Up until maybe 3 months old she had 2 naps each 40mins-1hr max. NEVER slept more than that.
@Gabi i think it’s very much baby dependent. My LO was doing 4 cat naps a day up until about a month ago when naturally she started having one very short morning nap and one very long afternoon nap (usually about 2/3 hours!)
@Gabi omg I think I would die 🤣 mine can go in his cribs for his naps but I prefer contact naps, he is currently having two 1.5 hour ones and I’ve just dropped the third (hopefully it stays this way). I just start cuddling him and he’s a goner. Some babies just have low sleep needs, my niece was exactly the same, never ever napped in the day(but also was a rubbish night sleeper) x
@Sam I am dying trust me! Last few days we had horrid nights too, not that she would wake up, but very active noisy sleep so I am nonstop up 😞 I don't know why she doesn't nap. Both me and her dad love to sleep and always used to sleep more than an average person! And she sleeps barely anytime 😀
@Gabi omg fingers crossed things change for you soon!! There’s nothing worse than getting no sleep then constantly being on the go x
Currently 3 but I'm going to try 2. Planned to today but he fell asleep in the pram so we have to do 3. My first baby dropped to 2 just before 7 months as well.
