Every baby is different. My baby dropped to 1 nap consistently at 11 months. She would fight both her naps and fight bedtime. She now sleeps 1 or 2 hours at 1 pm. Lunch at 12. Bed for 7 or 8pm depending if she had 1 or 2 hours of sleep in the day. We wake up at 7 or 8am. When she had her jabs, she was back having 2 naps for a few days. When we first dropped to 1 nap, she had an earlier lunch around 11:30 and would nap afterwards. It's all trail and error. Try and it and see. You can always go back to 2 naps if needed x
@Helen Oh that’s really good xx such a good little sleeper x
@Georgina Sounds like us xx Today she had 2 naps I m so surprised probably because she woke up at 5am lol x we have our jab next week and I m very scared about it xx
My daughter had an early nap today and was up at 5:30 or 6am ish today. I'm wondering if she will have another as it was only 30 minutes long🙈 I guess it's the hot weather 🌞 Don't worry about the jabs. They will help protect baby against much nastier things 💓 not going to lie, I did have a little cry. I didn't realise it was going to be 4 needles. Two in each leg. I took a snack she liked and a drink for afterwards, and she calmed down pretty quickly. She was a little hotter and more sleepy for about 10 days but other people I know have said their babies were completely fine. I would suggest just keeping up with the calpol and let baby sleep as much as they want. You could even give baby some calpol before you go for some pain relief 💓xx
@Georgina Omg the snack is such a good idea! Thank you so much for advice really appreciate it💗💗
Mines not quiet ready for just 1. She still gets so tired. But will happily go through if given the chance. Mine sleeps and hour and a half in the morning and an hour and a half in the evening. She wakes at 6:30 and goes to bed at 8:30
